Currently working as a receptionist at Anthem in Lexington, Kentucky taking care of the front and calls as they come in and I am still doing my photography on the side. Lori Wells Photography is still in full swing and taking appts during the evenings during the week and the weekends.
Currently I run a test box each morning to calibrate the scanners and make sure there is nothing wrong with the belts for billing purposes so the customers get billed correctly. I run reports throughout the day and take to the part time supervisors out on the floor so they can see what does needs help. I also run error summary reports in the mornings for my supervisors. I also help when doors need to be certified. Currently working as a high value admin with high value packages.
Working as a Telecommunications specialist for the Corporate Telephone Directory, and also doing Admin Jobs such as Conference Calls and also whatever other projects are assigned to me. Working for Ashland Inc.
My responsibilities included answering phones, pulling files, updating files in the computer. Recall Cards. I also called on insurance. I also worked patients up, their paperwork, auto refractor and glaucoma test and photos and also dilation. I was in charge of the front desk also.
Communicator/ Directory Assistance I worked in directory assistance and gave out personal and business services and also specialty services for some select cellular customers.
Service/ Data and Order Entry/ Inbound & Outbound Calls I done customer service and a lot of data and order entry and also tracking and shipping issues, fraud, address correction, return to shipper and this was a affiliation with Gateway Computers and also done Third Party Verification with this company in affiliation with MCIWorldcom, resigned due to the fact this company went bankrupt and they are no longer in business.
